Senior Accountant - Property

Our long standing client is one of Australia's most successful property investment and development businesses. With a large portfolio of various assets and overseas investments they are positioned to grow significantly well over the next few years.

Due to growth in their current portfolio, they require a Senior Accountant with property experience to join the business. This is a great opportunity to join a successful privately owned company which offers long term career progression.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the primary focus is to manage all financials for a mixed portfolio of properties across various sectors. The role will also work closely with Development and Property Managers.
 
Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis.
• Preparation of property budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare half yearly property financial packs & BAS.
• Rental and cost analysis.
• Project analysis and cash flow forecasting.

Candidate requirements:

• Financial reporting experience with in property preferred
• Experienced reporting within a Multi-entity organisation
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• CA/ACCA/CPA qualification or finalist
